HANDLING:
All in stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours on average. All custom carving orders may take 7 - 10 business days to process, depending on volume. Shipping to a PO Box ships once a week through the U.S.P.S and requires insurance based on item value. Special order items may take longer and we will advise you of any out-of-stock or long delay situations within 3 business days of placing the order.
SHIPPING:
Most items are shipped within 2 business days. Occasionally, our distributors will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will continue to reorder the backordered item until the item is received or until our customer provides us with a suitable substitution or cancels the item in question. You will be notified if there is a out of stock item within 3 business days of placing the order.
Shipping rates: Shipping rates are based on weight, package size and location. Oversized items are noted and an additional shipping fee applies. You will be notified of additional fees within 3 business days of placing an order.
International shipping: No, we do not ship internationally as of now. However, we are looking into shipping internationally in the future.
RETURNS:
Carved Pumpkins are not returnable as they are considered a custom item. For all other items you must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before making a return: To request an RMA number simply email us and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. If you write your RMA on the interior packaging, the item's packaging will be considered damaged and may void your returns eligibility.
What can be returned:
Most of the items we sell can be returned. Carved Pumpkins are not returnable as they are considered a custom item and are too fragile for continuous re-shipment. Returns on uncarved Pumpkins can not be accepted from Oct. 1st through Nov. 30th of each year unless damaged in shipping and proven damaged by the shipping company (i.e., U.P.S. or U.S.P.S).. Food party items cannot be returned if used (i.e, chocolate fountains, popcorn machines & cotton candy makers) These items can only be returned if they are defective items. All returns must be in their original packaging, and the original packaging must be undamaged. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. No returns accepted on Seasonal Halloween items after after Oct. 15th, unless proven damaged by the shipping company (i.e., U.P.S. or U.S.P.S). Returns on Pumpkins can not be accepted from Oct. 1st through Nov. 15th of each year unless damaged in shipping. Carved Pumpkins are specially designed and can also not be returned unless damage has occured in shipping and documented with the shipping company (i.e., U.P.S. or U.S.P.S). Food party items cannot be returned if used due to sanitary reasons (i.e, chocolate fountains, popcorn machines & cotton candy makers) These items can only be returned if they are defective items. Items with damaged packaging cannot be returned, unless damage to the item has occurred and documented with the shipping company (i.e. U.P.S. or U.S.P.S). Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund:
Must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns more than 30 days old are not eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund.
Returns for exchange:
Must be made within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee applied on returns for exchange. No exhanges are made for carved pumpkins.
Shipping charges to reship back to you on orders:
If your exchange is for a different style, size or color, (i.e. pumpkin color, style "Funkins" or Plastic or size of pumpkin) you will be required to pay our standard domestic shipping charge to reship back to you.
Shipping charges to send merchandise back to us:
All shipping charges to return merchandise back to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges to returned merchandise back to us unless the merchandise was received in error or is defective. Under no circumstances will we reimburse the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day, or other rush shipping methods.
Privacy Policy
At no time do we ever share or sell your personal information. Your privacy is very important to us. Be assured that we will also not slam you with spam. We may from time to time send you e-mails or hard copy regarding upcoming sales or new events that we will be featured at.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, personal checks and money orders. Our credit card service is a secure service through A.P.S. Orders paid with personl check will be delayed for payment to clear, please allow and extra 7 business days for your order to be processed.
